We were flying down the highway when my daughter suddenly squealed.
“Mommy… I think that guy has his foot out the window!”
I drive fast, so we’d already passed him.
I slowed down.
I had to see it for myself.
She was right.
His left foot was hanging out the driver’s side window.
Not the passenger’s.
The driver’s.
We drove alongside him for a few seconds.
He looked over.
We looked back.
We weren’t looking at the same thing.
Sometimes it takes driving in the next lane to notice what the driver can’t.
If you saw your business for the first time today, what would you notice?
